Pino, Sobo Lead 9-0 Shutout over Mets
Pino (W; 3-0) allowed just a pair of singles over his first three innings before the Fisher Cats got him an early lead. With two outs in the third, John Tolisano doubled home Brian Van Kirk for a 1-0 advantage.

Sobolewski's team-leading seventh home run took place an inning later as New Hampshire tacked on four more, all charged to starter Darin Gorski (L; 2-2). The first three men all reached in the inning, including a single by A.J. Jimenez to make it 6-0. Sobolewski then knocked Gorski out of the game with a three-run shot to right-center for a 9-0 lead.
That was more than enough for Pino, who allowed just three hits over six shutout frames. He finished with seven strikeouts and a walk, improving to 3-0 in five starts. Sobolewski now leads the team with 20 RBI, one ahead of Goins, and seven home runs, which is tied for the league lead. Goins went 1-4, as did Glenn, who has now driven in a run in four straight games. Tolisano and Brian Van Kirk each had two of the Fisher Cats' 11 hits.
