HS Baseball Finals At Centennial Field
There are two championship games scheduled for Saturday at Centennial Field, beginning at 12 noon with the Division 2 title game between #2 Vergennes and #13 Missisquoi. Then at 4:00 pm will be the Division 1 title game between #2 CVU and the winner of the #4 BFA-St. Albans/#9 Rice semifinal game that will be finished today after being suspended in the fourth inning on Tuesday. The finals are scheduled to conclude on Sunday at 4:00 pm with the Division 4 championship game between #1 Danville and #3 MSJ.
Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for students each day, but a ticket purchased on Saturday is good for both the Division 1 and 2 games. Gates will open one hour before scheduled first pitch for all games.
IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION FOR CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES
With the Vermont Lake Monsters hosting the 2012 High School Baseball finals, the Lake Monsters parking policies will be in effect for all games.
There will be limited parking available in the Centennial Field parking lot for $3. Cars can enter Centennial Field through the COLCHESTER AVENUE ENTRANCE ONLY (the East Avenue entrance will be closed to cars).
There will also be free shuttle bus service to Centennial Field from the Gutterson Fieldhouse parking garage courtesy of Merchants Bank, along with limited free parking available in the Trinity Campus parking lot at the end of East Avenue.
