Bobby LaFromboise Added to North All-Star Team

Generals boast a Southern League best 8 All-Stars

JACKSON, TENN. (JUNE 8, 2012) - Today the Southern League announced that Generals LHP Bobby LaFromboise has been added to the North Division All-Star roster. This is Bobby's second straight Southern League All-Star selection. LaFromboise replaces Birmingham pitcher Pedro Hernandez who was placed on the DL last month. LaFromboise joins fellow pitchers Carter Capps, Danny Hultzen, and Taijuan Walker on the All-Star team, along with catcher Jesus Sucre, infielder Nick Franklin, and outfielders Denny Almonte and Joe Dunigan. The Generals lead the Southern League with 8 All-Star selections. The 2012 All-Star Game will played on Tuesday, June 16 at Smokies Park in Kodak, TN, with first pitch at 7:15 p.m. EST.

LHP Bobby LaFromboise (lah-frahm-boys), 25, has allowed only 1 earned run in his last 24.0 innings in relief (0.38 ERA).
