Four Executive Directors named on Minors' staff

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Tim Brunswick, Brian Earle, Justin Klemm and Rod Meadows have been promoted to leadership roles on the staff of Minor League Baseball, it was announced today by President Pat O'Conner.

Brunswick is Executive Director, Baseball Operations; Earle is Executive Director, Branded Properties; Klemm is Executive Director, Professional Baseball Umpire Corporation (PBUC); and Meadows is Executive Director, Sales & Marketing.

"These men, in conjunction with Vice Presidents Stan Brand, Tim Purpura, John Cook and Scott Poley and Special Counsel George Yund, will join me as the guiding force in planning the direction of the company," said O'Conner. "They're a talented group and Minor League Baseball is fortunate to have them."

Brunswick, Earle and Meadows are moving into new positions. Klemm replaces Mike Fitzpatrick as Executive Director of PBUC. Fitzpatrick moves to a newly created position as Special Assistant to President O'Conner.

Brunswick, formerly Director, Baseball Operations, joined the staff in May 1990. Earle, who was Director, Licensing, joined the staff in June 1995; and Meadows, who had been Director, Sales & Marketing, has been a staff member since May 1997.

Klemm was a Minor League umpire for nine seasons before joining the PBUC staff as a Field Evaluator/Instructor for PBUC in Jan. 2006.
