Vote Johnny - MLB Field of Dreams game

Voting is under way at MLB.com between now and Aug. 15 to decide where the next MLB Field of Dreams game will be played. It will feature an unreal lineup of American League legends, against a powerhouse lineup of National League legends - along with local players from Rochester and Washington, DC.

Johnny Perotti of Rochester is one of the two finalists in the MLB Field of Dreams game contest, and if Wings fans "vote Johnny" we could host the next MLB Field of Dreams game - right here, in Rochester, N.Y. !

Preliminary voting has already decided that Cal Ripken Jr. and Mike Schmidt will participate in the game. Other members of the MLB Legends include Pedro Martinez, Dave Winfield, Dennis Eckersley and Ozzie Smith.

Votng runs until August 15 at MLB.com. Major League Baseball will plan all event details including ticket prices, game date, and time. Major League Baseball will determine which Legends will play in which game.
