Under Armour® Baseball Factory National Tryouts

(Fort Mill, SC) - Join the Charlotte Knights, Under Armour and Baseball Factory to get a jumpstart on your road to high school baseball, college baseball and beyond.

On Sunday, August 5, Knights Stadium will host the Under Armour® Baseball Factory National Tryouts beginning at 1:00 p.m. for players age 12-14. The tryout price is $99 and you can register by phone at 800-641-4487 ext. 101 or online at baseballfactory.com.

Each participant will receive the following benefits:

PROFESSIONAL WORKOUT: Players will take part in an on-field workout where they will perform in front of Baseball Factory scouts who will evaluate them on speed, pitching, hitting, defense and arm strength. Although the tryout will take place on a 90-foot diamond, we will accommodate younger players.

EVALUATION FROM A PRO SCOUT: Nobody sees more players nationwide and evaluates them better than Baseball Factory. Players will receive a verbal evaluation over the phone from Baseball Factory within 72 hours of the workout. This scouting report will reveal your potential, suggest areas for improvement and let you know where you rate compared to players across the entire country.

UNDER ARMOUR® BASEBALL FACTORY TEAM & TRAINING CAMP SELECTION: Players will contact Baseball Factory to find out if they have been selected to compete on an Under Armour® Baseball Factory National Tournament Team or to participate in an Under Armour® Baseball Factory National Training Camp.

TIPS AND DRILLS: Before leaving the event, players will receive a handout with tips and drills for continued on-field success. This information will emphasize the techniques and mechanics that players need to learn to thrive in high school and eventually college.
