MYRTLE BEACH, SC - Sunday's Pelicans victory over division leader Winston-Salem clinches Myrtle Beach's playoff berth, the second consecutive year the Rangers' High-A affiliate in the Carolina League has qualified for the post-season. The team 's box office located at TicketReturn.Com Field at Pelicans Ballpark will begin selling tickets for up to two potential, home playoff games at 10 a.m. Tuesday (August 28th). The website www.myrtlebeachpelicans.com will also offer fans the opportunity to purchase tickets for playoff games in Myrtle Beach starting Tuesday at 10 a.m.

Ticket prices for Pelicans home playoff games will be $11 for field box seats, $9 for reserved box and Grand Strand reserved seats and $8 for seats in the leftfield Budweiser Thirst Inning Deck. Due to the Winston-Salem Dash winning both halves of the Southern Division in the Carolina League they will host all three Divisional Round games starting Wednesday September 5th.

If the Pelicans advance to the Carolina League Championship Series, a best-of-five game match-up, Myrtle Beach would host games #1 & #2 scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 8th & 9th. The series shifts to the home city of the Northern Division Champion for game #3 on Tuesday, September 11th and games #4/#5 (September 12th & 13th) if necessary, to determine the Mills Cup winner.
