Playoff Ticket Refund Information

If you are a Hooks season-ticket holder, you can leave playoff ticket payments on account for later application to 2013 season tickets. If you desire a refund, request by calling 361-561-HOOK (4665), ext. 2, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays. Another option: request a refund by e-mailing Hooks Director of Season Ticket Services Bryan Mayhood at [email protected]

Finally, season-ticket holders may request refunds in writing. Address to:

If you purchased individual game tickets on-line, your account should have already been credited.
