Andrew Berlin's Progress Report to the South Bend City Council

On December 10, 2012, Silver Hawks owner Andrew Berlin made a presentation to the South Bend City Council to update them on the progress Michiana has helped the Silver Hawks make. Over the past year we have made many improvements and hope to bring more thrill to all of our fans in the future.
