Professional Sports Catering to Partner with RoughRiders

EVANSTON, IL- February 13, 2013-- Professional Sports Catering, LLC, (PSC) in conjunction with Mandalay Baseball Properties, announced a partnership today at Dr Pepper Ballpark (Texas League, Double-A Affiliate, Texas Rangers). PSC will manage all aspects of the food operation at Dr Pepper Ballpark, including concessions, catering and staffing for every RoughRiders home game.

Known for their unique variety of menu options, PSC plans to revamp the foodservice operation with specialty food carts, new options and most importantly, all items cooked fresh in front of fans.

A testament to the success of PSC's approach, the company continues to partner with some of the biggest in minor league baseball.  In 2012, the RoughRiders led all Double-A teams in attendance for the eighth consecutive season.  Their service oriented approach has allowed them to build a strong fan base for over a decade, and this new partnership with PSC shows their commitment to improving upon one of the best stadium experiences in MiLB.
