The Express and Reckless Kelly Team Up For Team Anthem

Award-Winning Roots-Rock Band Releases "All Aboard," Round Rock Express Anthem

ROUND ROCK, Texas - The Round Rock Express is known to love it loud. Now, thanks to the creative team behind Reckless Kelly, they have an official anthem to keep it loud at Dell Diamond.

The Express and the Austin-based band teamed up this offseason to create an official song for the 2013 season. The result? "All Aboard," the catchy pop-country song that invites fans to "get on board, the Express is rolling on!"

"When the Express asked us about recording a song for them, we were thrilled at the opportunity," said Willy Braun of Reckless Kelly. "Through our annual Celebrity Softball Jam, we already have such a strong relationship with this great organization. Combining that with our love of baseball, this seemed like the perfect way to continue supporting our favorite team!"

"All Aboard" can currently be heard on the Express' radio and TV advertisements and throughout the season at Dell Diamond. The music video for the song will premiere at Dell Diamond this Saturday, March 2 at the Express Fan Fest.

"It was very important to us that the song be authentic," said Laura Fragoso, senior vice president of marketing for the Express. "Knowing that Willy and Cody Braun are baseball fans and have a genuine love for the game, we purposely did not give them guidelines on the song because we wanted it to be organic and not forced. The result is better than we could have hoped for."

Reckless Kelly is hosting their fifth annual Celebrity Softball Jam at Dell Diamond on Sunday, April 14. Proceeds from the event benefit local Austin youth baseball programs. Tickets and more information are available online at RKCSJ.org.
