Celebrate America's independence with the Crawdads 4th of July Fireworks Extravaganza, presented by Carolina Postal Credit Union and KICKS 103.3FM, on Thurs., July 4. Big Daddy Weave, formed in the late 1990's out of Mobile, Alabama, is a contemporary Christian band whose 2012 hit song, "Redeemed," was #1 on Billboard's Christian Song Chart from November 10-December 7, 2012. In 2010, the group won the prestigious Dove Award for Christmas Album of the Year for their record "Christ is Come." 

First pitch for that night's game against the Asheville Tourists will be at 6 p.m., with gates opening at 5 p.m. Tickets for the game and concert are just $14 so get yours now!

The first of the two exciting match-ups will start at 11 a.m., and feature South Stanly vs. Voyager Academy, with the second game to follow at 2 p.m., pitting Hickory High School against WA Hough.
