The winner will be introduced prior to the Buffalo Bisons Fan Appreciation Night game on Wednesday, August 27 against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees. They will be escorted by limo to the Fichte-Endl & Elmer location for surgery (must be performed that night). Don't worry, you'll be back in plenty of time to meet the crowd prior and watch the post-game fireworks with your new eyes.
The winner must be of 21 years of age or older, must be available for a pre-screening to ensure that the individual is qualified for surgery and must also be present for the 7:05 p.m. game on August 27th when the surgery will take place.
