Modificaciones a las Reglas del Beisbol 2013
México, D.F. (lmb.com.mx) 3 de abril.- A continuación se presentan los cambios a las reglas del beisbol 2013. Estos cambios son efectuados cada año por el Comité de Reglas de Juego.
Regla 1.15
(a) Ningún fildeador, sin importar su posición, podrá usar un guante más claro que el color PANTONE establecido en la actual serie 14.
Regla 2.40 -- Elevado al Cuadro (Infield Fly)
Si se canta interferencia durante un "infield fly," la bola permanece viva y en juego hasta que se determine si la bola es "fair" o "foul." Si es "fair," ambos, el corredor que interfirió y el bateador son "out". Si es "foul," aún cuando el elevado sea atrapado, el corredor es "out" y el bateador regresa a batear.
Regla 2.44 (a) -- Interferencia
(Interferencia (a)) Comentario: Si en una jugada en el home (intervening play), con menos de dos "outs", el corredor anota y el bateador-corredor es decretado "out" por interferencia fuera del carril de los tres pies, el corredor es safe y la carrera cuenta.
(d) Interferencia del espectador ocurre cuando un espectador estira su cuerpo fuera de las gradas y sobre el terreno de juego, o entra al terreno de juego, y (1) toque la bola en juego o (2) toque a un jugador y obstaculice su intento de hacer un a jugada con una bola que esté en juego.
Regla 3.05
(d) Si el pitcher termina la entrada anterior en base o al bate y no regresa a su dugout al terminar la entrada, no se le requerirá lanzarle al primer bateador de la entrada, hasta que haga contacto con la placa de pitcheo para comenzar sus lanzamientos de calentamiento.
Se enmendaron las Reglas 4.01 (e) Comentario, 4.10 Comentario, 4.12 (a) Comentario, y 4.12 (b) Comentario para incluir los juegos por el Comodín en las Grandes Ligas en los que no aplican ciertas partes de las Reglas 4.01, 4.10 y 4.12
Regla 4.12 (b)
(4) Cualquier juego suspendido que no haya sido completado antes del último juego programado entre los dos equipos durante la temporada regular será declarado un juego terminado, tal y como se explica a continuación:
(i) Si dicho juego ha progresado lo suficiente para convertirse en un juego válido (oficial), y uno de los equipos está adelante en el marcador, el equipo que este adelante será declarado el ganador (a menos que el juego sea declarado terminado durante una entrada en progreso y antes que la entrada sea completada, y el equipo visitante haya anotado una o más carreras para tomar la delantera, y el equipo local no haya retomado la ventaja, en cuyo caso el marcador al momento de la última entrada completa terminada prevalecerá para propósito de esta Regla 4.12(b)(4));
(ii) Si dicho juego ha progresado lo suficiente para convertirse en un juego válido (oficial), y el marcador está empatado, el juego será declarado "juego empatado" (a menos que el juego sea declarado terminado durante una entrada en progreso y antes que la entrada sea completada, y el equipo visitante haya anotado una o más carreras para empatar el juego, y el equipo local no haya vuelto a empatar el juego, en cuyo caso el marcador al momento de la última entrada completa terminada prevalecerá para fines de esta Regla 4.12(b)(4). Un juego empatado deberá jugarse nuevamente en su totalidad, a menos que el presidente de la liga determine que no es necesario jugar tal juego ya que no afectará el campeonato de la Liga.
Regla 6.05 (h) Comentario:
Si un bate entero es arrojado en territorio "fair" o "foul" e interfiere con un jugador a la defensiva que intenta realizar una jugada, la interferencia deberá ser marcada, sea o no intencional.
Regla 6.06 (Comentario):
Si un bateador le tira a la bola y falla y el "swing" es tan fuerte que lleva el bate completamente alrededor y, a juicio del umpire, golpea al catcher sin intención o hace contacto con la bola detrás de él, solo se cantará "strike" (no interferencia). Sin embargo, la bola queda muerta y ningún corredor podrá avanzar en la jugada.
Se enmendó la Regla 6.06(c) Comentario eliminarse la frase, "antes de que el catcher la haya asegurado firmemente" en aquellos casos en que el "swing" del bateador golpea al catcher sin intención.
Regla 7.09 Es interferencia de un bateador o un corredor cuando --
(a) Después de un tercer "strike" claramente obstaculiza al catcher en su intento de fildear la bola. Dicho bateador-corredor es "out", la bola queda muerta, y todos los demás corredores regresarán a las bases que ocupaban al momento del lanzamiento.
Regla 7.09(a) Comentario: Si el lanzamiento es desviado por el catcher o el umpire y subsecuentemente toca al bateador-corredor, no se considerará interferencia, a menos que, a juicio del umpire, el bateador-corredor interfiera con el catcher fildeando la bola.
Regla 8.02(a)(1)
PENALIDAD: Por la violación de esta parte de la regla, los umpires inmediatamente deberán remover la bola de juego y advertirle al pitcher. Por cualquier violación subsiguiente se deberá cantar una "bola."
Regla 8.05
(b) El pitcher, estando en contacto con la placa de pitcheo, amaga con tirar a primera o tercera base y no completa el tiro;
Regla 8.05(c) Comentario:
El pitcher debe dar un paso directamente hacia la base antes de tirar a esa base, y se le requiere tirar (excepto a segunda base) por dar el paso. Será un "balk" si, con corredores en primera y tercera, el pitcher da un paso hacia la tercera y no tira, sólo con el propósito de engañar al corredor para que regrese a tercera; luego al ver al corredor de primera salir hacia segunda, se vira, da un paso y tira hacia primera base. Es legal para un pitcher hacer un amague de tiro a segunda base.
(k) El pitcher, estando en contacto con la placa de pitcheo, accidental o intencionalmente se le resbala o se le cae la bola de su mano o guante.
