Flying Tigers resume homestand with three games versus Tampa Yankees
Also on Monday, the Lakeland Public Library will be hosting a book drive at Joker Marchant Stadium. Fans are encouraged to bring any used books to the ballpark. For each book donated, one raffle ticket will be given away. By the end of the book drive, one fan will win a free suite to be used during a Flying Tigers game! To top it off, fans will also have the opportunity to sign up for a library card. The book drive will begin at 6:00 p.m.
Monday will also be Movie Night at the ballpark. We will play music and have promotions geared towards famous movies from the past and present. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m.
Come out to watch the Flying Tigers on Tuesday and participate in Baseball Wingo courtesy of Hooters! Fans will have the opportunity to play bingo during the game to win great prizes from Hooters and the Flying Tigers.
Tuesday will also be Hometown Heroes Night where we will celebrate and honor our hometown heroes in a special pregame ceremony beginning at 6:30 p.m. We will recognize members from local police departments, fire departments, schools, military branches, and other civic organizations.
The Flying Tigers will take the field on Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m.
The Flying Tigers will conclude their three game series against the Yankees on Wednesday with All-You-Can-Eat Night. Tickets are only $10 (price includes ticket and unlimited food, while supplies last). Our all-you-can-eat menu features hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, peanuts, pretzels, potato chips, and popcorn. Mims Café will also be on hand to pass out samples of their delicious food.
Fans are encouraged to wear their Hawaiian clothes on Wednesday for Luau Night! We will play Hawaiian music and have Hawaiian themed promotions, including the limbo.
Wednesday's game is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m. Gates will open at 6:00 p.m.
