LumberKings' playoff tickets on sale

CLINTON, Iowa -- Tickets for the Thursday, Sept. 4 home playoff game between the first-half West Division champion Clinton LumberKings and the yet-to-be-determined second-half Wild Card winner are now on sale at Alliant Energy Field.

The LumberKings will open the playoffs on the road on Sept. 3 and will host Game 2 on Thursday night in the best-of-3 first-round series.

Ticket prices for the playoffs are as follows: all box seats are $8, general admission are $7. Students and seniors can purchase a general admission ticket for $6.

Season-ticket holders will have priority to purchase their seats through Monday, Aug. 25. After that point, all seats will be open to the public.

Tickets can be purchased ONLY by calling the LumberKings' main office at (563) 242-0727 or by visiting the Alliant Energy Field ticket window. Online ticket orders will not be available for the playoffs.

The LumberKings begin their quest for Clinton's first Midwest League championship since 1991 on Wednesday, Sept. 3, with the opponent and site to be determined. Listen to all the playoff action on AM 1340 KROS in Clinton or live on the web at www.lumberkings.com.
