Dust Devils, Rockies Extend Player Development Contract

The Tri-City Dust Devils and Colorado Rockies are pleased to announce that their affiliation has been extended through the 2010 season, as the two clubs signed a two year extension to their Player Development Contract.

"The Colorado Rockies have been a great partner of the Dust Devils," says Dust Devils President Brent Miles. "They've provided our fans with a quality baseball product and have been wonderful for our staff to work with. We look forward to more exciting years ahead as a Rockies affiliate."

The Dust Devils have been affiliated with the Rockies since their inception in 2001. Since then, the Tri-Cities have seen future Major Leaguers and countless quality young men in the beginning stages of their professional careers. The Dust Devils are excited to be affiliated with an organization committed to producing winners on and off the field, and looks forward to continuing success in the future.
