Mariners Seek Official Scorer and Scoreboard Opperator
The Pulaski Mariners are seeking an Official Scorer and Scoreboard Operator for the upcoming 2013 season. Applicants must fill out the attached application and send it in to the front office by:

JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES OF OFFICIAL SCORER
- Knowing the rules of the game
- Understanding how to apply the rules of the game
- Having the integrity to make the correct call
- Being aware of the entire field during a play.
-Scorer will be responsible for calling in results of each half inning immediately following the last out of that half inning
- Scorer will deliver box score to both managers immediately following the end of the game under the supervision of the General Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SCOREBOARD OPERATOR:
- Watches players and umpires at athletic event to record progress of game on scoreboard to inform spectators.
- Confers with Official Scorer or umpires to verify observation of plays.
- The ideal applicant will be attentive and focused on the flow of the game to maintain proper scoreboard information.
