WGR 550 AM to air 10 Bisons games
The Buffalo Bisons and Entercom Radio today announced that WGR SportsRadio 550 AM will carry the LIVE broadcast of 10 Buffalo Bisons games. The 10-game schedule will include select Saturday games during the 2013 season.
This is the fifth consecutive year that WGR Sportsradio 550 AM will feature a Bisons broadcasts.
The 10-game schedule will begin on Saturday, June 1 as the Bisons travel to Norfolk to face the Triple-A of the Baltimore Orioles (7:05 p.m.). WGR will air four consecutive Saturday games, June 1-22 and then six more Saturday games, July 13-August 17.
Each live Saturday broadcast will include 'The Voice of the Buffalo Bisons," Ben Wagner, and the color commentary of Buffalo Baseball Hall of Famer, Duke McGuire.
Every Bisons game will continue to be heard on the flagship station for Bisons Baseball, WWKB 1520 AM "A New Voice." A live stream of all Bisons games will also be available for free at the official website of the team, Bisons.com.
