Seats Installed at Aces Ballpark

First of 6,500 Fixed Seats in $50 Million Stadium
February 10, 2009
The Reno Aces $50 million downtown ballpark took a giant leap toward completion Tuesday when construction crews began installation of the park's seats. Aces Ballpark, set to open for the club's home opener on April 17, will feature 6,500 fixed seats and a total capacity at over 9,000.

On Tuesday, SK Baseball Managing Partner Stuart Katzoff presented season tickets to Mark Lewis, administrator of the City of Reno's Redevelopment Agency. At a ceremony held before a number of media outlets, Lewis became the first fan to sit in an Aces Ballpark seat.
