Celebrate National Hot Dog Month with the Travs and Petit Jean Meats
Petit Jean Meats will give Travelers fans a chance to win a family four pack to any Arkansas Travelers game and a gift pack of Petit Jean Hot Dogs by tweeting photos of their best-dressed hot dog to @PetitJeanMeats or uploading it to their Facebook page June 21-July 7, 2013.
In addition, portion of the proceeds from every package of hot dogs sold during the month of July will be given to Arkansas Children's Hospital in honor of National Hot Dog Month. ACH patient, Jonathan Armstrong of Benton, AR will throw out the first pitch at the Arkansas Travelers game on Thursday, June 27 at Dickey Stephens Park in North Little Rock to kick-off National Hot Dog Month for Petit Jean Meats.
Morrilton, Arkansas - June 20, 2013 - During July, in honor of National Hot Dog Month, proceeds from every package of hot dogs sold will be donated to Arkansas Children's Hospital. To celebrate the event, Petit Jean Meats and the Arkansas Travelers will be giving away a family four pack of tickets to any Arkansas Travelers game and a gift pack of Petit Jean Hot Dogs to a randomly drawn winner. To enter, just upload a photo of your best-dressed hot dog to the Petit Jean Meats facebook page or tweet it to @PetitJeanMeats using hashtags #TopDog and #PJMeats. The contest runs from June 21-July 7, 2013.
Jonathan Armstrong of Benton, AR will throw out the first pitch at the Arkansas Travelers game on Thursday, June 27. When Jonathan was born in 2003, he was rushed to ACH and diagnosed with group B strep with sepsis, as well as chronic pulmonary hypertension. He spent 4 days on ECMO and several weeks in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Jonathan, now 9, has no lingering effects from his time in the hospital.
