Eight Former Crawdads Tabbed for World Baseball Classic Rosters

Eight former Crawdads representing five different countries will play in the second World Baseball Classic in March. Play begins March 5th with the first pool play in Tokyo. The finals will be held at Dodger Stadium March 23rd.

Included in the World Baseball Classic are:

Jose Bautista ('02) - Dominican Republic
Jorge Cortes ('02-'03) - Panama
David Davidson ('05-'06) - Canada
Yurendell de Caster ('01) - Netherlands
Carlos Lee ('95-'96) - Panama
Magglio Ordonez ('93) - Venezuela
Ian Snell ('02) - Puerto Rico
