Jared Sullinger Appearing at Hadlock Field on August 7

Portland, Maine- Boston Celtics forward Jared Sullinger is scheduled to make an appearance at Hadlock Field on Wednesday, August 7th when the Portland Sea Dogs host the Richmond Flying Squirrels (Giants) at 7:00 PM. Sullinger's appearance at Hadlock Field is presented by Asylum Sports Bar and Grill.

Sullinger will throw out the ceremonial first pitch and will be available to sign free autographs on photos provided by the Portland Sea Dogs for fans from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. 

In his rookie season Sullinger averaged 6.0 points, 5.9 rebounds and shot 49.3 % from the field in 45 games during the 2012-2013 season. The 6'9" forward made his professional debut against the Miami Heat on October 10th, 2012 and scored two points and gathered one rebound in eight minutes of action off the bench. The 21 year-old, made his first career start against the Washington Wizards on November 3rd, 2012. He recorded four points, seven rebounds, one steal and one assist in 30 minutes of play. The Boston Celtics selected Sullinger with the 21st overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft. Sullinger attended Ohio State.
