Drive and Pepsi announce partnership

Pepsi of Greenville becomes official soft drink of the team

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Greenville Drive and Pepsi of Greenville announced a new joint partnership today that names Pepsi and its family of products as the official beverage of the Drive.

The multi-year agreement incorporates many levels of collaboration between the two organizations, including sponsorship, fan and vendor promotions, multiple hospitality opportunities and joint community service commitments. The agreement also includes the premier field-level hospitality area at Fluor Field, the Mountain Dew Dugout.

Pepsi's state-of-the-art equipment will be installed throughout the venue, at each of the ballpark's eight concession stands and the Spinx 500 Club, as well as being the product of choice for the organization's special event functions.

Drive co-owner and president, Craig Brown, commented on the announcement, saying, "There is a new energy that surrounds the Drive and Fluor Field, and Pepsi's reputation for being promotionally aggressive is a great match for our organization and the upbeat marketplace we serve. We are extremely pleased to be able to announce this long-term partnership with Pepsi."
