Dog Days of Summer Is Back

JUPITER, FL - The Jupiter Hammerheads and Palm Beach Cardinals are pleased to announce that the Dog Days of Summer will be returning for an 8th season during the summer of 2009. Since its inception, over 3,000 dogs have visited Roger Dean Stadium with their owners. The first tribute to "Man's Best Friend" is scheduled for Saturday, April 25th and others will follow on the fourth Saturday night of each month: May 23rd, June 27th, July 25th, and August 22nd.

On each of these nights, dogs will be admitted into the stadium with a $5.00 purchase of a Pooch Pass. The pass is good for all five Dog Days of Summer dates. All proceeds from the dog pass will benefit local dog related not-for-profits such as Friends of Jupiter Beach and the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast. Game tickets for dog owners are $8.50. Dog lovers will have their very own sections of the stadium and many dog-related businesses will be on hand throughout the concourse.
