1 swing Can Win You $1,000

Ever been to a game and saw a player hit a home run and thought to yourself, "Wow I think I can do that!" Well the Gj Rockies are giving you the chance. Thats not it though. If you do hit a homerun, you will win $1,000!

This is not a joke. If you have a ticket to the game on Saturday, August 24th you wil have hte opportunity to win $1,000 with 1 swing of the bat.

All you need to do is come to the game and purchase a ticket for August 24th. With this ticket you are now have the entry form needed to enter the "1 swing, $1,000" Promotion. To sign up for the promotion you go to the information table at Suplizio field after the game. You must sign a liability form in order to compete.

All competitors will have 1 swing or 2 looking strikes to hit a home run that is in fair territory. balls and strikes will be called by an umpire.

Throwing for the Grand Junction Rockies will be Assistant General Manager and, former Div. 1 pitcher, Mike Ruvolo. Mike will be on a pitch count and be relieved by other Gj Rockies fron toffice staff members.
