All five players are currently in the Dominican Summer League, a Rookie-level circuit.
Oakland pitchers Alexis Juma and Alex Nolasco were suspended after testing positive for boldenone.
Angels pitcher Renedin Mesa also tested positive for boldenone.
Phillies farmhands Joan Pascual, a pitcher, and Jose Trinidad, an outfielder, each tested positive for stanozolol.
All suspensions are effective immediately.
