2013 PCL Championship Matchup Set

Omaha will face the Salt Lake Bees in the PCL Playoffs for the first time

The 2013 Pacific Coast League Championship Series is now set with the Salt Lake Bees 4-3 win over the Las Vegas 51s today, clinching a 3-1 series win. Werner Park will host Games 1 and 2 between the Omaha Storm Chasers and the Bees, the Los Angeles Angels' Triple-A affiliate, with the series kicking off this Tuesday, September 10 at 7:05 p.m. CDT. Game 2 on Wednesday, September 11 will also be a 7:05 p.m. CDT start.

Games 3, 4 and 5 of the PCL Championship will be played in Salt Lake City at Spring Mobile Ballpark, with Game 3 scheduled for Friday, September 13 at 7:35 p.m. CDT. The "If Necessary" Games 4 and 5 will be played on Saturday, September 14 at 7:35 p.m. CDT and Sunday, September 15 at 2:05 p.m. CDT.

The Storm Chasers will be seeking their second PCL Championship in the last three seasons, while the Bees will be seeking their first ever PCL Championship.
