August is Farm Bureau Insurance Baseball Month at Pulaski's Calfee Park
July 28, 2009
RICHMOND, Va. -- Whether it's supporting locally grown food or offering its members special discounts on everything from snow tires to baseball games, Virginia Farm Bureau has earned a reputation for contributing to the quality of life in communities across the Commonwealth. The advantages of being a Virginia Farm Bureau member grow even further through a special promotion during the month of August.

Fans can get two free tickets to a Pulaski Mariner Minor League Baseball game, good for any day of the month of August, for no other reason than being a Farm Bureau member.

The tickets can be picked up by members by presenting their Farm Bureau membership card -- or a copy of any Farm Bureau Insurance Baseball Month advertisement -- to the Pulaski box office. Additional coupons can be found at one of the more than 100 local Farm Bureau offices throughout the commonwealth.

Farm Bureau Insurance is known for being on the spot when its members need them most. The company understands that sometimes what its members need, especially in this difficult economic climate, is a hot dog and a baseball game with the family on summer's night.
