Clemson to Play Orange and Purple Games at Fluor Field

Free admission to games on Friday and Saturday
October 28, 2013

The Clemson University baseball program will return to Greenville this weekend, as the team will play two games of its annual Orange and Purple games at Fluor Field. Game one will be played on Friday at 5:00 PM, with game two beginning at noon on Saturday. Admission to both games is free, with gates opening an hour before each game. Concessions will also be served during both games.

The Orange and Purple games serve as Clemson's intrasquad World Series to cap off team practice for the fall. The baseball team will be divided up into two squads and play against each other with bragging rights on the line.

Clemson, having already played against College Lafleche from Canada at Fluor Field this fall, will return to Greenville in the spring for three games, including a game of the Reedy River Rivalry against the University of South Carolina.
