Kannapolis and Bowling Green canceled on Monday

KANNAPOLIS, NC - The weather failed to cooperate on Monday as the scheduled game between the Kannapolis Intimidators and the Bowling Green Hot Rods was canceled due to unplayable conditions. The game will not be made up, as the contest was the last meeting of the season between the two clubs.

Kannapolis' next home game will be on Tuesday, September 1 at 7:05 p.m. at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium, as the Intimidators open up the final homestand of the season against the West Virginia Power. Just seven home games remain in the 2009 regular season.

The Intimidators will head to Greenville for a four-game series starting on Tuesday.
