Hernandez named PSECU/Player of the Week

Williamsport Crosscutters LHP Nick Hernandez was named the PSECU/Cutters Player of the Week for the week of August 24-30.

Over that period, Hernandez was 2-0, to raise his season record to 7-1, allowing 3 earned runs in 12 innings with 15 strikeouts.

PSECU presents the award each week during the regular season to a member of the Williamsport Crosscutters. At the conclusion of the 2009 season, PSECU will present the Williamsport Crosscutters MVP Award as voted by fellow Cutters players and coaches.
