Timber Rattlers Announce 2014 Broadcast Schedule

GRAND CHUTE, WI - Fans of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will be able to follow the Midwest League affiliate of the Milwaukee Brewers in 2014 - even when they can't make it out to Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium - thanks to the coverage provided by Time Warner Cable SportsChannel, MyNEW 32's Sports Showdown, AM 1280, WNAM, and MiLB.TV.

"It is our goal to provide Timber Rattlers fans with as many opportunities to follow the team as possible and we are excited to continue our partnership on the radio with WNAM AM1280, on TV with MyNEW 32 and Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and also online through MiLB.TV," said Timber Rattlers president Rob Zerjav. "We are proud to be one of a very small amount of Minor League teams to provide this type of coverage to our fans."

Sports Showdown - in their second season of broadcasting the Timber Rattlers - has scheduled 30 games for broadcast on MyNEW 32. All Timber Rattlers broadcasts on MyNEW32 will include a thirty minute pregame show. MyNEW32 is available as an over the air channel to Northeast Wisconsin and digitally in high definition on channel 1013 for Time Warner Cable subscribers. The debut of the Timber Rattlers on MyNEW32 is scheduled for Monday, April 14 against the Lansing Lugnuts.

WACY broadcasts a variety of college and high school sports including football, basketball, and hockey as part of their Sports Showdown. MyNEW32 is also the Northeastern Wisconsin home of the Boys' and Girls' State Basketball Tournament broadcasts. They also show popular syndicated programs such as Modern Family, The Simpsons, The Big Bang Theory, and Two and a Half Men.

The 2014 season is the eighth consecutive season Time Warner Cable SportsChannel will broadcast Timber Rattlers baseball. It will air the home opener on April 3 and eight other games during the season. Time Warner Cable Sports Channel will also air Timber Rattlers Field Pass, a thirty minute show that features interviews, highlights, and feature stories about the 2014 Timber Rattlers.

Bob Brainerd and Brad Woodall will be the announce team for Time Warner Cable SportsChannel on Timber Rattlers games.

The radio home of the Timber Rattlers - for the sixth season in a row - is AM1280, WNAM.   Fans will be able to hear all 140 Timber Rattlers games on AM1280. All Timber Rattlers radio broadcasts may also be heard on IHeartRadio.com or through the IHeartRadio app.

Additionally, all Timber Rattlers home games will be available to subscribers of MiLB.TV.  

The Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium Box Office is open from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm.
