2014 Scrappers Games to Broadcast on Sports Radio 1240 AM

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are excited to announce a new partnership with Cumulus Broadcasting, LLC to broadcast Scrappers games on Sports Radio 1240 AM during the 2014 and 2015 seasons. The Scrappers game broadcasts are presented by the M.V.P.B.A. Scrappers Backers.

The agreement includes live broadcasts of all 76 home and away Scrappers games along with a live internet stream. In addition, Sports Radio 1240 AM will host a weekly Scrappers talk show during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.

"The Scrappers are looking forward to expanding our great relationship with Sports Radio 1240 AM and Cumulus Broadcasting" said Mahoning Valley Scrappers General Manager Jordan Taylor."

The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are the Short Season Single A Affiliate of the Cleveland Indians and play all home games at Eastwood Field. Notable alumni include C.C. Sabathia, Vinnie Pestano, Jason Kipnis, and Victor Martinez.
