New "Hit for the Cycle" promotion gives fans chance to take home a motorcycle
KANNAPOLIS, N.C. (March 28, 2014) - Get revved up! The next time a Kannapolis Intimidators player hits for the cycle, one lucky fan could win a brand new motorcycle from RideNow Powersports Dealership in Concord. This season, the Intimidators - Class A Affiliate of the Chicago White Sox - have teamed up with RideNow Powersports to give fans the opportunity to enter to win a new motorcycle at 35 of the team's 70 home games at CMC-NorthEast Stadium.
Fans can enter to win the motorcycle at the stadium information booth before the bottom of the first inning, at which time the Intimidators will select a RideNow Fan of the Game. In addition to winning a special prize pack, the RideNow Fan of the Game will also have the opportunity to take home a motorcycle, which will be on hand at the ballpark each night of the promotion, if an Intimidators player hits for the cycle - a single, double, triple and home run - during the game. The promotion will run at all Friday, Saturday and Sunday games as well as select Thursdays.
Throughout the season, RideNow will rotate the grand prize motorcycle at CMC-NorthEast Stadium, giving fans a chance to win different bikes. Fans must be 18 or older to enter to win the motorcycle.
