Carolina One Real Estate Partners with Charleston RiverDogs

Local Group Sponsors Charlie's House; Will Give Away a TV for Every 50th RiverDogs Run
April 5, 2014

CHARLESTON, SC -- In celebrating Carolina One's 50th Anniversary of aiding Lowcountry residents with residential and commercial property needs, the real estate company has partnered with the Charleston RiverDogs for the 2014 season.

Carolina One will be the exclusive sponsor of Charlie T. RiverDog's Dog House that is located at the front entrance of Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. Charlie, the RiverDogs' popular mascot, will be stationed at his dog house every game from the moment the gates open for 30 minutes. He will sign autographs and have his photo taken with fans of all ages.

The Carolina One agent on duty will register fans to win a free 50-inch flat screen television that will be given away for every 50th run that the RiverDogs score this year at home.

Charlie will return to his dog house at some point for a period of time during the game based on his availability and schedule and Carolina One will have one of their capable agents at every game to meet and greet fans and pass out information.

"Charlie T. RiverDog is clearly one of the most recognizable figures in the Lowcountry, and we're thrilled that Carolina One - the most recognized real estate company in the Lowcountry - will partner with us to sponsor Charlie's new dog house," said RiverDogs General Manager Dave Echols. "This will be one of the more popular spots at Riley Park for our home games."

"Carolina One Real Estate and the Charleston RiverDogs represent two fine Charleston institutions that focus on families," said Michael Scarafile, President of Carolina One Real Estate. "As we enter our 50th year of helping Charleston families with their real estate needs, we could not have found a better partner."

Carolina One will also serve as the sponsor of a between-innings, on-field promotion that will be displayed on the new videoboard.
