FSL Hall of Fame induction ceremony planned

Bench, Ryan, Ripken among first class to be honored

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- Final Plans are underway for the 2009 Florida State League Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

The inaugural ceremony will be held on November 9, 2009 at the Plaza Resort and Spa located at 600 N. Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach, Fla.

There will be a cocktail hour followed by dinner and the ceremony. Dress will be cocktail attire. The cocktail hour will start at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m.

Tickets for fans that are attending the ceremony will be $75.00 per person. Payment can be by check, money order, or cash. You may obtain tickets by calling the Florida State League office at (386) 252-7479.
