Nationals and Dash Series Finale Washed Out

Woodbridge, VA-This evening's regularly scheduled Game Three finale with the Winston-Salem Dash (Chicago White Sox) has been postponed due to rainfall and thunderstorms in the area.

At approximately 5:10pm this evening, Potomac Nationals front office officials effectively postponed the Friday night contest to Friday, June 13th. A doubleheader between the Nationals and Dash on 6/13 will begin at 6:00pm.

All tickets for tonight's postponed game at Pfitzner Stadium will be good for any other regularly scheduled home game except Friday, July 4th and any potential playoff contests. Tickets will also be good for both ends of the June 13th doubleheader.

Tomorrow night, the P-Nats will host the Lynchburg Hillcats (Atlanta Braves) for a 6:35pm first pitch in the series opener of a four-game set.

Probable pitching matchups for the Potomac vs. Lynchburg series have not yet been announced.

The Potomac Nationals Baseball Network, which is accessible at www.potomacnationals.com, will broadcast the series opener on Saturday night beginning with the P-Nats Leadoff Show at 6:20pm before the live play-by-play at 6:35pm.
