Diamondbacks Recall Didi Gregorius

Phoenix, Ariz.- The Reno Aces, in conjunction with the Arizona Diamondbacks, announced today the D-backs recalled infielder Didi Gregorius.
Until yesterday, Gregorius, had played in all 57 games for the Aces. He was hitting .310 with 14 doubles, 4 triples, 3 homers, 25 RBI and 42 runs scored. He ranked among Pacific Coast League leaders in runs scored (T-2nd), hits (3rd) and triples (T-3rd).
Gregorius appeared in two games with the D-backs during the Opening Series in Sydney, Australia before being optioned to Reno prior to the start of the Triple-A season.
In a corresponding move, Michael Freeman was transferred from Double-A Mobile to Reno. Freeman had appeared in 52 games (25 - OF, 14 - 2B, 13 - SS) with the BayBears. He spent all of the 2013 season with Mobile and was named to the Southern League midseason All-Star Team. He was drafted by the D-backs in the 11th round of 2010 First-Year Player Draft out of Clemson University.
