Hey Kids! Chef Wasabi needs your help!

Sushi Mascot says training is key to victory in 2010!
January 15, 2010
(Nat Bailey Stadium - Vancouver, BC) - There are three things in life that fans of the Vancouver Canadians can count on. Sunshine for all "Nooners", the 7th Inning Stretch and either Ms. BC Roll and Mr. Kappa Maki passing Chef Wasabi to steal victory right out of his hands.

With a record of two wins against 74 losses in two seasons out at Nat Bailey Stadium, Chef Wasabi has now learned that to be successful on the diamond you need to train.

Easy enough you say? Perhaps, but Chef Wasabi is serious about beating his sushi sidekicks and wants your help!

The Vancouver Canadians will be creating a new Facebook Page called Rock the Wasabi, that will give fans a look inside the life of the Vancouver Canadians spicy mascot. By joining, you can watch the Chef cook up new ways to beat Mr. Kappa Maki and Ms. BC Roll and interact with him on new ways to help him win a few more races out at Nat Bailey Stadium.

Debuting February 1st, check in here at canadiansbaseball.com for the exciting new link to Chef Wasabi's Facebook page where the goal is to have 1,000 fans supporting the efforts of the Chef before Opening Day on Monday, June 21st, 2010.
