Fightins to Broadcast Monthly BCTV Program

Monthly show to highlight promotions, players, and other events at FirstEnergy Stadium

The Reading Fightin Phils will be coming to a television near you as the Double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies will debut their new monthly television program, "Today in Baseballtown", Monday night at 8:00 p.m. on BCTV.

"Today in Baseballtown" is the first television program presented by the Fightin Phils franchise in its 48-year history. On the show, Fightins front office members will showcase what's going on at the FirstEnergy Stadium throughout the year, from baseball games to concerts, as well as feature exclusive interviews and video packages from the organization. It will also feature in-studio guests from the club and its partners.

For the remainder of the season, "Today in Baseballtown" will air live on the first Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The scheduled air dates for the remainder of the season are Monday, July 7th at 7:30 p.m., Monday, August 4th at 7:30 p.m., and on Monday, September 1st at 7:30 p.m. Following the initial airing, the show will be available on demand on BCTV.org and be aired in repeats during BCTV's programming rotation.
