Celebrate 4th of July with City of Bowie
Come out and celebrate Independence Day with the City of Bowie on Friday, July 4. The City will host it's annual celebration at Prince George's Stadium for the second year in a row. The Fabulous Hubcaps will perform a special concert before and after the Independence Day fireworks.
The Prince George's Stadium main lot will open at 5:00 p.m. and the main stadium gates will open at 6:00 p.m. The Fabulous Hubcaps are scheduled to perform beginning at 7:30 p.m. Around 9:00 p.m., Bowie Mayor Fred Robinson will greet everyone in attendance with the fireworks show beginning shortly after dark. The Fabulous Hubcaps will then perform one final set after the fireworks show as fans are leaving the stadium.
This event is free and open to the public. No tickets are required and all seating on the main stadium level is open for anyone. The stadium concessions stands will be open and no outside food or beverage will be allowed into the stadium. Parking at Prince George's Stadium is free while space is available.
