Get a Coach Franklin bobblehead on August 28
The State College Spikes are ready to give away the team's Coach Franklin Bobblehead Doll Giveaway on Thursday, August 28. The first 1,000 fans attending that night's 7:05 p.m. game (Public gates open at 6:00) will receive the one-of-a-kind collectible presented by The Nittany Lion Inn & The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel and ESPN Radio 1450.
The bobblehead recreates the popular picture of Coach Franklin taken inside Beaver Stadium on the same day he was announced as head football coach. He is depicted holding a football with a Spikes logo in front of stadium gates that say "Dominate the State."
