Media Bobblehead Bracket Buster Tournament Headlines 2010 ValleyCats Promotional Schedule
TROY, N.Y.- The Tri-City
ValleyCats
have released the 2010 promotional schedule and fans will not have to
wait long
to be a part of the excitement. In order to determine who will be
immortalized
as a ValleyCats bobblehead doll, the ValleyCats have created an
18-participant
contest to coincide with the upcoming NCAA March Madness Tournament.
Those
participants include members of the Capital Regions most prominent
television,
radio, and print media.
Participants include Lydia Kulbida and
Jamie Seh
from WTEN; Doug
Sherman and Liz Bishop
from WRGB; Benita
Zahn and Rodger Wyland
from WNYT; Marisa
Jacques and Joe Calderone
from
Capital News 9; Rich
Becker and John Gray from
FOX23; Brian
Sinkoff from 104.5 The Team; Bob Wolf
from Pyx 106; Brian
Cody from Fly92; Randy McCarten
from 99.5 The River; Mark
McGuire, Kristi Gustafson, and Steve Barnes
from The Albany Times-Union; and
Ken Schott
from The Daily Gazette.
Each has chosen a charity that
they will represent. The Tri-City ValleyCats will donate $600 to the
charity of
the tournament champion, while $100 will be donated to those who make
it to the
final four.
