Express/Wag-A-Bag Unveiling 10-Year Team Cup

ROUND ROCK - Fans looking to beat the heat this summer can slide into Wag-A-Bag this Thursday, July 2 for a limited offer from the Central Texas convenience store at the Round Rock Express.

Round Rock will unveil its 2009 10th Anniversary Commemorative Cup featuring former outfielder Willy Taveras, former infielder Brooks Conrad and current first baseman Mark Saccomanno - all members of the Round Rock 10-Year Team -at the Wag-A-Bag on 705 E. Taylor Street, two miles west of The Dell Diamond on Highway 79. Saccomanno, along with Express mascot Spike and members of the Round Rock front office staff will be on hand from 12:30-1:30 p.m. to usher in the cup, hand out complimentary tickets to a future Express home game and sign autographs.

The first 200 patrons to the unveiling will receive a free 32-ounce commemorative cup along with a free fountain fill-up courtesy of Wag-A-Bag and two general admission tickets to the Express' Monday, July 20 game against Albuquerque which will feature $1 hot dogs and sodas.

The full-color, motion-picture commemorative cup can be refilled for just 89-cents all summer at any of Wag-A-Bag's Central Texas locations. For more information on Wag-A-Bag, click here.
