Red Sox World Championship Trophy Coming to Hadlock

 

Portland, Maine- The Boston Red Sox will be bringing the 2013 World Championship trophy to Hadlock Field on Monday, August 25th when the Sea Dogs host the Reading Fightin Phils at 7:00 PM. Fans will have the opportunity to get a close-up look at the trophy as well as take pictures with them.

The trophy will be on display from 5:45-7:30 on the third base side of the Hadlock Field concourse. Fans must have a ticket to the August 25th Sea Dogs game to view the trophy. The gates to Hadlock Field will open at 5:30 PM.

The Sea Dogs have served as the Red Sox Double-A affiliate since 2003. The 2013 Red Sox World Series roster featured 17 players that played for the Sea Dogs including two players that started the season in Portland; Brandon Workman and Xander Bogaerts.
