RiverDogs Hire Ryan Gill as New Sales Representative

 

CHARLESTON, SC - Charleston RiverDogs General Manager Dave Echols has announced the hiring of Ryan Gill as a new sales representative.

Gill, a former RiverDogs intern, returns to the club after spending the past season at Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, Colo., where he worked in resort sales and service.

"Ryan showed us a great deal when he was an intern for the 2013 season," said Echols. "I am confident that with his personality and communicative skills, he will do well in sales."

A native of Rock Hill, Gill graduated in December 2011 from Clemson University with a degree in business management with an emphasis on entrepreneurship and executive leadership. In the spring of 2010, Gill spent time in Torino, Italy as part of the USAC International Studies program.

"I am very happy to be back with the RiverDogs," said Gill. "I had a fantastic experience interning with the team in 2013, and I am really looking forward to making 2015 another great year of RiverDogs baseball."

Gill will work on the RiverDogs sales team and will concentrate primarily on individual and group tickets.

The RiverDogs open the 2015 season on April 9, when the Lexington Legends come to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park to begin a seven-game homestand.
