Moniak had tripled with two out and nobody on, setting up Hall's single, the third BlueClaws walk-off win of the season.
Lakewood (25-19) has now won three in a row while Greensboro falls to 25-18. The BlueClaws are now within a half-game of Greensboro for second place, 1.5 games behind first-place Hagerstown.
The BlueClaws jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the first inning on Mickey Moniak's first home run of the season. For Moniak, the first overall pick in last year's draft, it was the second home run of his professional career.
Greensboro tied the game on
