Facing the BayBears: The Shuckers and Mobile BayBears have met for 48 games all-time with the Shuckers holding a 25-23 advantage. This will be the first meeting with the BayBears as a LA Angels affiliate. The Shuckers are 13-9 in games played at MGM Park. The teams' ballparks, Hank Aaron Stadium in Mobile and MGM Park in Biloxi are separated by just 57 miles. The two clubs will meet 20 times during the 2017 season, ten at each venue.

- Barry Lyons Shuckers Kids Clinic - (Ages 5-8) The Biloxi Shuckers Kids Clinic aims to help youth baseball players along the Mississippi Gulf Coast improve their baseball skills while receiving hands-on instruction from former Mets catcher and Shuckers team ambassador, Barry Lyons. The clinics will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Participants will receive a Shuckers Kids Clinic t-shirt, autographs from Barry Lyons and Shuckers players, a Shuckers team photo, a ticket voucher for a 2017 game, Papa John's pizza and pre-game recognition on the field before the Wednesday night game. - Breast Cancer Awareness Night and Jersey Auction - The Shuckers will partner with Favre4Hope and Memorial Hospital Foundation for a benefit jersey auction and a special night supporting Breast Cancer Awareness and Research. On the field, the Shuckers will wear special pink jerseys designed for the night. Starting bids will be $100 with bid increments of $10. The silent auction will then move into live bidding at the middle of the sixth inning. Winners will have the opportunity to go on the field after the game to collect the jersey and get an autograph from the player or coach!
- Pink Shuckers T-Shirt Giveaway - Arrive early as the first 1,500 ticketed fans through the gates will receive a Pink Shuckers T-Shirt courtesy of Hard Rock Hotel and Casino!
