The Hooks homered in each of the first three innings of the game and Arkansas never got within five the rest of the contest. Joey Loperfido homered in the opening inning and paced the Hooks offense with a three hit night. Five Corpus Christi pitchers combined for 16 strikeouts in the ballgame.
